COVID-19 Orange

At Orange, the WellAble Centre is open as usual, but with some added safety precautions.

When you come to the Centre you need to:

  • Sign in using either the COVID-19 Tracer App or the sign in sheet provided and sanitise your hands using the sanitiser provided
  • Follow appropriate physical distancing guidelines
  • Practice good infection control measures such as sneezing into your elbow and following hand washing guidelines when using toilet facilities
  • Face coverings are mandatory (unless you are exempt and can provide appropriate proof of this)

Please do not visit the Centre if you are feeling unwell.

Mobile Services presentations are suspended during Orange, due to the social distancing and face covering restrictions. If you have booked a presentation and Alert Levels change, we will contact you to reschedule.

All hire equipment is cleaned according to MoH guidelines and then sanitised using Zoono Surface Spray. Centre surfaces (where possible) are also cleaned and then sanitised using Zoono Surface Spray.

Our online shop will be open for all purchases.  Centre pick-up of purchases is available.  Deliveries are completed by courier and follow their COVID-19 delivery guidelines.
