1. Content
While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. WellAble does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

Our website is intended to provide information for people shopping our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website.

WellAble reserves the right to make changes to the content on this site at any time and without notice. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, WellAble makes no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site

2. Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will refund your payment to the account it originated from, and advise that the goods are no longer available.

An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery, billing and any other relevant details for your order (E.g. entering personal information, payment information and submitting your order). The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

3. Payment options
We currently accept the following credit cards and payment options:

Please note that goods will not be delivered until payments have been cleared through the appropriate bank.

4. Pricing
All prices listed on www.well-able.org.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. Online and in store pricing may on occasion differ.

5. Website and Credit Card Security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All credit card payments made via our site are processed through the Stripe Payment system (https://stripe.com/en-nz). WellAble does not store or share any of your personal or credit card/bank details on our website or servers.

You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer. For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.

6. Delivery and Delivery Charges
At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at info@well-able.org.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.

7.  Delivery Period
We endeavour to ensure that orders will be dispatched within five to ten business days of the order being placed. Delivery is dependent on stock held and ordering of stock from our suppliers. Orders will generally arrive within two days after dispatch, although please allow three days for delivery to rural addresses. You will receive an email that confirms that your order has been dispatched.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email, into the Aramex Couriers website.

8.  Returns
Please choose carefully as our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. If you are unsure as to whether an item will be suitable, please Contact Us first to talk through your needs.  If 7 days have gone by, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.  

To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including instruction booklets and accessories. If you wish to return any product, please Contact Us directly and explain your reason for wanting to return the product. If the reason provided is accepted by us we will happily agree to the return of the product and refund your money less our freight cost. There may also be a 10% restocking fee, so please enquire before purchasing.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, and hygienic products such as continence products.  In the circumstance that an item has been specially ordered for you, you will be notified at time of purchase that this is non-returnable.

  • Bathroom products 
  • Personal hygiene products and equipment 
  • Clothing 
  • Lift and recliner chairs
  • Cushions

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please Contact Us to discuss returning the item.  

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@well-able.org.nz

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@well-able.org.nz and send your item to: WellAble, 110 Rimu Road, Paraparaumu, Wellington 5032.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: WellAble, 110 Rimu Road, Paraparaumu, Wellington 5032.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

9. Accessing our service
Other than connecting to the WellAble website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to the WellAble website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way. You also agree not to modify any content or service on the WellAble websites. Furthermore, you agree not to use our sites in any inappropriate or unlawful way.

10. Intellectual Property
WellAble owns all copyright and other intellectual property in this site. Everything on this site, unless otherwise stated, is copyright.

WellAble welcomes the use of this site for personal use, non-commercial use, research or study - provided that the user acknowledges all copyright and other notices contained in the content.

Please note that although this site has some hyperlinks to other third party websites, these sites have not been prepared by WellAble and are not under the control of WellAble. The links are only provided as a convenience, and do not imply that WellAble endorses, checks, or approves of the third party site. WellAble is not responsible for the privacy principles or content of these third party sites. WellAble is not responsible for the availability of any of these links.

This website is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.

WellAble reserves the right to alter, modify or update these terms of use. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
