Before purchasing the Handy Bar, ensure that your vehicle has a door striker/latch with two bolts or screws attaching the striker to the door frame. (As seen in the picture). If your vehicle has a door striker bolt rather than a latch, the Handy Bar will not work with your vehicle. If there is a light switch in the striker, be sure the HandyBar does not interfere with its operation.
