If you, or the person you care for, only has a light level of urinary incontinence and is looking for an alternative to disposable products, then DBrief underwear is the ideal solution. Designed to look and feel like a regular pair of men’s boxers, they feature a soft cotton/polyester built-in pad with bonded waterproof backing to maximise absorbency and are machine washable allowing you to reuse them up to 100 times.

These boxers are designed for light bladder leakage only. They can absorb up to a maximum of 350mL, gradually released over a 4 hour period

These boxers are not designed to handle full bladder voids or rapid urine release. Please view our range of higher absorbency disposable products for higher levels of support.
